Where Do We Build Homes?

Lots for your New Home!

At Emerald Park Homes, we offer a wide selection of lots for our customers’ new homes.  We invite you to drive out to White City, Emerald Park, Pilot Butte, Balgonie and Spruce Creek to see what these areas have to offer. Lower property tax, larger lots, elementary schools, restaurants, shopping, golf courses, walking paths, parks, rink, medical, fresh country air, lots of room to park and fewer people living on one lot. And, pizza! Lots of places for pizza!

Lots in White City and Emerald Park are 60 to 64 ft wide and range in length from 147 to 164 ft with a minimum side-yard of 8 ft to provide at least 16 ft between homes. This allows for more privacy, larger attached garages; more parking spots and room for an RV, boat or pool. You can back greenspace, the Aspen Links Golf Course, walking paths, or the new school.

We have lots in Discovery Ridge in Pilot Butte; one of the fastest growing towns in the province with plenty of activities for the family. We have three incredible half acre lots backing the lake in Spruce Creek Estates that would accommodate larger homes with an attached garage. One spectacular lot backs west with the view down the length of the lake and two desirable lots that back north so the front of the home is on the sunny south side.

The homes in these areas are built on a sandy soil base and must be properly graded to direct rainwater and runoff from snow away from the house. Our developers work diligently with the Towns and RMs to require elevation certificates to make sure proper grading takes the water away from all the homes and into drainage lagoons. This minimizes the risk of water damage; sunken patios, or drooping steps.
