REGINA, SK (July 14, 2014)—Trusted contractor and popular television host, Mike Holmes welcomes Emerald Park Homes into his Holmes Approved Homes program as an official Partner Builder, and the first homebuilder in Regina to join the exclusive program.
Mike Holmes launched the Holmes Approved Homes program in 2011 as a way to implement his mandate in new-home construction and sustainable building, making it available to homeowners across the country. Emerald Park Homes’ first Holmes Approved Home will be featured this Saturday, July 19 at their show home event taking place at 34 Churchill Crescent in White City, from 9am to 5pm.

Mike Holmes and his team will be working with Emerald Park Homes to build custom “Holmes Approved” homes with enhanced durability, energy-efficiency, fire- moisture- and mould-resistance, sound protection and higher indoor air quality. These homes will also undergo a series of Mike Holmes Inspections throughout their construction in order to ensure they meet building specifications outlined by the program.
